Module 3: Rewriting the Voice in Your Head

Overview: Welcome to Module 3. In this transformative module, we’ll focus on one of the most powerful influences on your mental well-being: your inner voice. For many physicians, self-talk becomes harsh, critical, or shaped by burnout culture. This module helps you become aware of that voice—and begin to change it.

You’ll learn to recognize negative thought loops, question where they come from, and gently rewrite them using techniques grounded in psychology and compassion. Through journaling, self-reflection, and guided practice, you’ll begin building a kinder, more supportive inner dialogue.

This module supports emotional healing, clarity, and resilience—by helping you speak to yourself the way you would speak to a friend.
